Irena possess the top-notch expertise in strategic management and all aspects of human resources services. Irena has long years’ experience as a board member at Croatian Telecom, leading telecom provider in Croatia and member of Deutsche Telekom Group, in different areas (HR, Corporate customers and Fixed and Internet services). She was leading strategy and business development as senior executives as well. Before coming to Croatian Telekom, she worked in Croatian Radio Television and the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure where she was the youngest chief of staff in the Government of Republic of Croatia.

Irena graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed her MBA at IEDC, Bled. World Economic Forum elected Irena in Davos as Young Global Leader. Did a dozen of trainings in area of strategy, leadership, talent management.

Marija is experienced office manager. She has more than 10 years of experience at Croatian Telecom, at leading offices of senior leaders and board members. She is successfully maintaining office systems, data management and filing, working with a different applications, producing presentations, briefing papers, reports etc., liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. With extensive business competences in organizational and communication management, Marija is excellent back office manager. Graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Zagreb (degree in journalism); also studied the Slavic Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb. Certified Expert for EU Funds from EU Vocational Competence Certificate.
